Shipping & Delivery

 

Oceana Vintage is based in Athens, Greece. Please allow 1–7 business days for order processing before shipment, we ship directly from our studio & we're working to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of each parcel.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout & once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders ship tracked via ELTA Courier & BOX NOW, with delivery typically taking 1-5 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are available at checkout. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over 150€. 

Oceana Vintage is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer several shipping options for international orders depending on destination, which include:

  • FedEx International Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • FedEx International Express Shipping (1-7 business days depending on destination)
  • BOX NOW - only for Cyprus & Bulgaria (3-5 business days)

Free shipping is offered on all international orders over 350€.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Signature confirmation upon delivery is required on all international orders. Please monitor your tracking notifications to ensure a successful delivery.


INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees determined by the shipment’s destination country. The recipient is responsible for all import fees or duties that may occur.

Oceana Vintage is not responsible for any additional charges (duties, taxes, or fees) incurred upon delivery. Orders that are undelivered due to unpaid duties or refused shipments will not be refunded. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping, and any import fees.


RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

Oceana Vintage is not responsible for costs related to packages returned to us due to delivery issues, not claiming/refusal or incorrect address input. Returned packages, original shipping and processing fees are non refundable.

Please note that once a shipment has left our studio, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office/shipping carrier.

We advice you to make sure your personal details, billing & shipping address are correct when placing an order, as we cannot change a shipping address once a label has been created.

P.O BOXES

Please note that parcels cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is entered at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative verified street address.
